Superb fit and quality

I'm 5'11, 190lbs. I ordered 36/30 and I've never had a better fit, although they are a bit snug around the calf. The material (97% cotton, 3% spandex) has a soft and luxurious feel. Also ordered the Teak and Oil Green. Highly recommended.
